Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Diamond is family nurse practitioner who specializes in Family Medicine, Addiction Management, and Pain Management.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University and then earned her Master of Science degree at Chamberlain University in Chicago, Illinois as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She holds a national board certification with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners Credentialing Center (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner as well as completed her education in treating patients with substance abuse through the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).

As a patient you can expect to be greeted with a caring and professional attitude. You will have Rebecca’s undivided attention during your appointment as she listens, works to understand the unique needs of each individual patient.

She aims to support prevention and promote wellness, working together with the patient on their treatment options and goals to help them achieve their best outcome possible.

She currently provides online telehealth services to residents of New Hampshire.
